For more than two decades, we have worked alongside healthcare educators across Japan, Asia, and the United States. We've designed curricula, built simulation centers, developed assessment systems, introduced virtual reality and artificial intelligence into medical education, and led educational innovation at some of the world's leading institutions.
Throughout that journey, one challenge remained remarkably consistent.
Faculty are expected to do more every year with fewer resources. They teach, conduct research, provide clinical care, mentor learners, support accreditation, and continuously adapt to new technologies. Yet the digital tools they rely on are often fragmented, disconnected, and designed around software rather than education.
